Newsletter to Xrta emails 2026-06-17.docx

Our junior dancers have been working hard throughout the year, learning a dance for their end-of-year display.

The dance is one recently devised by Iain, their tutor for this year. The dance is Cheers Maggie.

Summer school is being held in Wellington this year at Scots College in Strathmore.

We have created a short video for those who are attending the school or might go to some evening events and would like to learn the Maxina Waltz. This is on the Hogmanay programme, put together by our club tutors.

Our latest beginners group is off to a great start this year, with at least one set each week. Here are some of our beginners thoroughly enjoying themselves, along with tutors Chris and Elizabeth.

We have been running a beginners’ class since 4th February and it has been a great success. We have had thirty two people through the doors and twenty of them have become regulars. Check out the Gallery under About the Club for photos of one of our classes. Dancing is about FUN, FRIENDS and FITNESS. Enjoy

["post-5429","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
Summer School 2024/25
