1c+2c dance a Highland Schottische Poussette:
- Both couples set HS, dancing out to the side (1c to men’s side, 2c to ladies’ side) and pivoting 1/4 turn to the right. Remember 1M and 2L have to start on the left foot.
- 1c dance HS down Men’s side & 2s up Ladies’ side ending with a 1/4 pivot to the right.
- Both couples set HS into the centre to reform the line of 4 in the centre, with couples having changed places. Men are facing down, Ladies are facing up.
- Both couples, using travelling step, 3/4 turn partners 2H to own sides in progressed places. 1M and 2L will have another foot change so everyone can start this turn on the R foot.
Repeat from second place.
